Can Adrenocorticotropic hormone influence milk supply or can Adrenocorticotropic hormone decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of Adrenocorticotropic hormone during breastfeeding. It is unlikely to appear in breastmilk and because it is has a molecular weight of 4540 and a half-life of only 10 to 15 minutes. Absorption by the infant is unlikely because it would probably be destroyed in the infant's gastrointestinal tract. Based on animal data, an increase in breastmilk cortisol levels might be expected after administration of Adrenocorticotropic hormone to a nursing mother.[1] If Adrenocorticotropic hormone is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding.
