Is Water-15O Safe in Breastfeeding

Question

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Water-15O? Is Water-15O safe for nursing mother and child? Does Water-15O extracts into breast milk? Does Water-15O has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Water-15O influence milk supply or can Water-15O decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Information in this record refers to the use of Water-15O as a diagnostic agent. No information is available on the use of Water-15O during breastfeeding. The International Commission on Radiological Protection states that breastfeeding need not be interrupted after administration of oxygen 15 radiopharmaceuticals because of the isotope's short half-life.[1]
