Is 15-O labeled water Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 15-O labeled water? Is 15-O labeled water safe for nursing mother and child? Does 15-O labeled water extracts into breast milk? Does 15-O labeled water has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can 15-O labeled water influence milk supply or can 15-O labeled water decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?
