Is Ammoidin Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Ammoidin? Is Ammoidin safe for nursing mother and child? Does Ammoidin extracts into breast milk? Does Ammoidin has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Ammoidin influence milk supply or can Ammoidin decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of Ammoidin during breastfeeding. Expert opinion indicates that due to the photosensitizing effects of Ammoidin, breastfeeding should be withheld for 24 hours after an oral dose to allow for 95% of the drug to be eliminated in the mother's urine.[1][2] The same precaution probably applies to patients receiving Ammoidin as a part of therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Use of topical Ammoidin is not contraindicated during breastfeeding,[3][4] but avoid direct contact of the treated skin with the skin of the infant.
