Is 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy-? Is 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- safe for nursing mother and child? Does 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- extracts into breast milk? Does 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- influence milk supply or can 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- during breastfeeding. Expert opinion indicates that due to the photosensitizing effects of 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy-, breastfeeding should be withheld for 24 hours after an oral dose to allow for 95% of the drug to be eliminated in the mother's urine.[1][2] The same precaution probably applies to patients receiving 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- as a part of therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Use of topical 7H-Furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, 9-methoxy- is not contraindicated during breastfeeding,[3][4] but avoid direct contact of the treated skin with the skin of the infant.
