Is Methoxa-Dome Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Methoxa-Dome? Is Methoxa-Dome safe for nursing mother and child? Does Methoxa-Dome extracts into breast milk? Does Methoxa-Dome has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Methoxa-Dome influence milk supply or can Methoxa-Dome decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of Methoxa-Dome during breastfeeding. Expert opinion indicates that due to the photosensitizing effects of Methoxa-Dome, breastfeeding should be withheld for 24 hours after an oral dose to allow for 95% of the drug to be eliminated in the mother's urine.[1][2] The same precaution probably applies to patients receiving Methoxa-Dome as a part of therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Use of topical Methoxa-Dome is not contraindicated during breastfeeding,[3][4] but avoid direct contact of the treated skin with the skin of the infant.
