Is 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one? Is 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one safe for nursing mother and child? Does 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one extracts into breast milk? Does 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one influence milk supply or can 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one during breastfeeding. Expert opinion indicates that due to the photosensitizing effects of 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one, breastfeeding should be withheld for 24 hours after an oral dose to allow for 95% of the drug to be eliminated in the mother's urine.[1][2] The same precaution probably applies to patients receiving 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one as a part of therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Use of topical 9-Methoxy-7H-furo(3,2-g)(1)benzopyran-7-one is not contraindicated during breastfeeding,[3][4] but avoid direct contact of the treated skin with the skin of the infant.
