Is NCI-C55903 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use NCI-C55903? Is NCI-C55903 safe for nursing mother and child? Does NCI-C55903 extracts into breast milk? Does NCI-C55903 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can NCI-C55903 influence milk supply or can NCI-C55903 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of NCI-C55903 during breastfeeding. Expert opinion indicates that due to the photosensitizing effects of NCI-C55903, breastfeeding should be withheld for 24 hours after an oral dose to allow for 95% of the drug to be eliminated in the mother's urine.[1][2] The same precaution probably applies to patients receiving NCI-C55903 as a part of therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Use of topical NCI-C55903 is not contraindicated during breastfeeding,[3][4] but avoid direct contact of the treated skin with the skin of the infant.
