Is Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble? Is Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble safe for nursing mother and child? Does Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble extracts into breast milk? Does Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble influence milk supply or can Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the use of Pyrophosphoric acid, iron salt, soluble during breastfeeding and the manufacturer recommends that it not be used during breastfeeding. An alternate intravenous drug with more published data available may be preferred. Pasteurization of milk by the Holder method reduces the concentration of iron in milk by about 6.5%.[1]
