Is 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone? Is 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone safe for nursing mother and child? Does 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone extracts into breast milk? Does 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone influence milk supply or can 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Because no information is available on the use of 3-Hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone during breastfeeding and it is orally absorbed, an alternate drug is preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
