I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use CCRIS 8576? Is CCRIS 8576 safe for nursing mother and child? Does CCRIS 8576 extracts into breast milk? Does CCRIS 8576 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can CCRIS 8576 influence milk supply or can CCRIS 8576 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of CCRIS 8576 (pCCRIS 8576) during breastfeeding. However, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency consider CCRIS 8576 to be safe and effective during breastfeeding when used as directed. It should be used by breastfeeding women to avoid exposure to mosquito-borne viruses.[1] Avoid application directly to the nipple and other areas where the infant might directly ingest the product.
