Is Inlyta Safe in Breastfeeding
Question
I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Inlyta? Is Inlyta safe for nursing mother and child? Does Inlyta extracts into breast milk? Does Inlyta has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Inlyta influence milk supply or can Inlyta decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of Inlyta during breastfeeding. Because Inlyta is more than 99% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during Inlyta therapy and for 2 weeks after the final dose of therapy.
