Question

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use UNII-5018V4AEZ0? Is UNII-5018V4AEZ0 safe for nursing mother and child? Does UNII-5018V4AEZ0 extracts into breast milk? Does UNII-5018V4AEZ0 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can UNII-5018V4AEZ0 influence milk supply or can UNII-5018V4AEZ0 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Answer by DrLact: About UNII-5018V4AEZ0 usage in lactation

No information is available on the clinical use of UNII-5018V4AEZ0 during breastfeeding. Because UNII-5018V4AEZ0 is 96% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is about 22 hours and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during UNII-5018V4AEZ0 therapy.
