Question

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use UNII-YG57I8T5M0? Is UNII-YG57I8T5M0 safe for nursing mother and child? Does UNII-YG57I8T5M0 extracts into breast milk? Does UNII-YG57I8T5M0 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can UNII-YG57I8T5M0 influence milk supply or can UNII-YG57I8T5M0 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Answer by DrLact: About UNII-YG57I8T5M0 usage in lactation

No information is available on the clinical use of UNII-YG57I8T5M0 during breastfeeding. Because UNII-YG57I8T5M0 is more than 84% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. It is sometimes given in combination with rituximab, which may increase the risk to the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during UNII-YG57I8T5M0 therapy and for at least 1 month after the last dose.
