Is PCI32765 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use PCI32765? Is PCI32765 safe for nursing mother and child? Does PCI32765 extracts into breast milk? Does PCI32765 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can PCI32765 influence milk supply or can PCI32765 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of PCI32765 during breastfeeding. Because PCI32765 is more than 97% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during PCI32765 therapy.
