Is GSK2118436 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use GSK2118436? Is GSK2118436 safe for nursing mother and child? Does GSK2118436 extracts into breast milk? Does GSK2118436 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can GSK2118436 influence milk supply or can GSK2118436 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of GSK2118436 during breastfeeding. Because GSK2118436 is more than 99% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during GSK2118436 therapy and for 2 weeks after the last dose.
