I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use UNII-G9ZF61LE7G? Is UNII-G9ZF61LE7G safe for nursing mother and child? Does UNII-G9ZF61LE7G extracts into breast milk? Does UNII-G9ZF61LE7G has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can UNII-G9ZF61LE7G influence milk supply or can UNII-G9ZF61LE7G decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of UNII-G9ZF61LE7G during breastfeeding. Because UNII-G9ZF61LE7G is 85% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is about 29 hours and it might accumulate in the infant. It is also given in combination with letrozole or fulvestrant, which may increase the risk to the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during UNII-G9ZF61LE7G therapy and for 3 weeks after the last dose.
