Question

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use UNII-G6HRD2P839? Is UNII-G6HRD2P839 safe for nursing mother and child? Does UNII-G6HRD2P839 extracts into breast milk? Does UNII-G6HRD2P839 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can UNII-G6HRD2P839 influence milk supply or can UNII-G6HRD2P839 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Answer by DrLact: About UNII-G6HRD2P839 usage in lactation

No information is available on the clinical use of UNII-G6HRD2P839 during breastfeeding. Because UNII-G6HRD2P839 is more than 97% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is about 9.7 hours and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during UNII-G6HRD2P839 therapy.
