I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use INCB018424? Is INCB018424 safe for nursing mother and child? Does INCB018424 extracts into breast milk? Does INCB018424 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can INCB018424 influence milk supply or can INCB018424 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of INCB018424 during breastfeeding. Because INCB018424 is 97% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during INCB018424 therapy and for 2 weeks after the last dose.
