Is HSDB 8143 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use HSDB 8143? Is HSDB 8143 safe for nursing mother and child? Does HSDB 8143 extracts into breast milk? Does HSDB 8143 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can HSDB 8143 influence milk supply or can HSDB 8143 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of HSDB 8143 during breastfeeding. Because HSDB 8143 is more than 99% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is 57 hours and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during HSDB 8143 therapy and for 2 weeks after the final dose.
