Question

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use UNII-0RLU3VTK5M? Is UNII-0RLU3VTK5M safe for nursing mother and child? Does UNII-0RLU3VTK5M extracts into breast milk? Does UNII-0RLU3VTK5M has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can UNII-0RLU3VTK5M influence milk supply or can UNII-0RLU3VTK5M decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Answer by DrLact: About UNII-0RLU3VTK5M usage in lactation

No information is available on the clinical use of UNII-0RLU3VTK5M during breastfeeding. Because UNII-0RLU3VTK5M is 97% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is about 28 days and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during UNII-0RLU3VTK5M therapy.
