Question

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Odomozo? Is Odomozo safe for nursing mother and child? Does Odomozo extracts into breast milk? Does Odomozo has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Odomozo influence milk supply or can Odomozo decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Answer by DrLact: About Odomozo usage in lactation

No information is available on the clinical use of Odomozo during breastfeeding. Because Odomozo is 97% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is about 28 days and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during Odomozo therapy.
