Is GDC 0449 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use GDC 0449? Is GDC 0449 safe for nursing mother and child? Does GDC 0449 extracts into breast milk? Does GDC 0449 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can GDC 0449 influence milk supply or can GDC 0449 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of GDC 0449 during breastfeeding. Because GDC 0449 is more than 99% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is 4 days and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during GDC 0449 therapy and for 24 months after the final dose.
