I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use NSC 747691? Is NSC 747691 safe for nursing mother and child? Does NSC 747691 extracts into breast milk? Does NSC 747691 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can NSC 747691 influence milk supply or can NSC 747691 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of NSC 747691 during breastfeeding. Because NSC 747691 is more than 99% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is 4 days and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during NSC 747691 therapy and for 24 months after the final dose.
