Is HSDB 8130 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use HSDB 8130? Is HSDB 8130 safe for nursing mother and child? Does HSDB 8130 extracts into breast milk? Does HSDB 8130 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can HSDB 8130 influence milk supply or can HSDB 8130 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of HSDB 8130 during breastfeeding. Because HSDB 8130 is more than 99% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, its half-life is 4 days and it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during HSDB 8130 therapy and for 24 months after the final dose.
