Is Briviact Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Briviact? Is Briviact safe for nursing mother and child? Does Briviact extracts into breast milk? Does Briviact has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Briviact influence milk supply or can Briviact decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Because no information is available on use of Briviact during breastfeeding, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant. If Briviact is required by the mother, it is not necessarily a reason to discontinue breastfeeding, but monitor the infant for drowsiness, agitation, adequate weight gain, and developmental milestones, especially in younger, exclusively breastfed infants and when using combinations of drugs. Measurement of infant serum levels may help rule out toxicity if there is a concern.
