I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use MK 4827 (Base)? Is MK 4827 (Base) safe for nursing mother and child? Does MK 4827 (Base) extracts into breast milk? Does MK 4827 (Base) has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can MK 4827 (Base) influence milk supply or can MK 4827 (Base) decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of MK 4827 (Base) during breastfeeding. Because MK 4827 (Base) is 83% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during MK 4827 (Base) therapy and for 1 month following therapy.
