Is CGP 41251 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use CGP 41251? Is CGP 41251 safe for nursing mother and child? Does CGP 41251 extracts into breast milk? Does CGP 41251 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can CGP 41251 influence milk supply or can CGP 41251 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of CGP 41251 during breastfeeding. Because CGP 41251 and its active metabolites are 99.8% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during CGP 41251 therapy and for at least 4 months after the last dose. Avoiding breastfeeding is particularly important when CGP 41251 is given with other cancer chemotherapy agents.
