I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use 2,4-Pyrimidinediamine, 5-chloro-N4-(2-(dimethylphosphinyl)phenyl)-N2-(2-methoxy-4-(4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1-piperidinyl)phenyl)-? Is 2,4-Pyrimidinediamine, 5-chloro-N4-(2-(dimethylphosphinyl)phenyl)-N2-(2-methoxy-4-(4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1-piperidinyl)phenyl)- safe for nursing mother and child? Does 2,4-Pyrimidinediamine, 5-chloro-N4-(2-(dimethylphosphinyl)phenyl)-N2-(2-methoxy-4-(4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1-piperidinyl)phenyl)- extracts into breast milk? No information is available on the clinical use of 2,4-Pyrimidinediamine, 5-chloro-N4-(2-(dimethylphosphinyl)phenyl)-N2-(2-methoxy-4-(4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1-piperidinyl)phenyl)- during breastfeeding. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during 2,4-Pyrimidinediamine, 5-chloro-N4-(2-(dimethylphosphinyl)phenyl)-N2-(2-methoxy-4-(4-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1-piperidinyl)phenyl)- therapy and for 1 week after the final dose.
