No information is available on the clinical use of 5-Chloro-N4-(2-(dimethylphosphoryl)phenyl)-N2-(2-methoxy-4-(4-(4-methylpiperazin-1- yl)piperidin-1-yl)phenyl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine during breastfeeding. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during 5-Chloro-N4-(2-(dimethylphosphoryl)phenyl)-N2-(2-methoxy-4-(4-(4-methylpiperazin-1- yl)piperidin-1-yl)phenyl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine therapy and for 1 week after the final dose.
