I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use LY-2835219? Is LY-2835219 safe for nursing mother and child? Does LY-2835219 extracts into breast milk? Does LY-2835219 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can LY-2835219 influence milk supply or can LY-2835219 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of LY-2835219 during breastfeeding. Because LY-2835219 and its metabolites are over 90% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, the manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during LY-2835219 therapy and for 3 weeks after the final dose.
