Is Verzenio Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Verzenio? Is Verzenio safe for nursing mother and child? Does Verzenio extracts into breast milk? Does Verzenio has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Verzenio influence milk supply or can Verzenio decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of Verzenio during breastfeeding. Because Verzenio and its metabolites are over 90% bound to plasma proteins, the amount in milk is likely to be low. However, the manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during Verzenio therapy and for 3 weeks after the final dose.
