I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use BAY 80-6946? Is BAY 80-6946 safe for nursing mother and child? Does BAY 80-6946 extracts into breast milk? Does BAY 80-6946 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can BAY 80-6946 influence milk supply or can BAY 80-6946 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of BAY 80-6946 during breastfeeding. Because BAY 80-6946's half-life is about 39 hours, it might accumulate in the infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during BAY 80-6946 therapy and for 1 month after the last dose.
