I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Amiloridum? Is Amiloridum safe for nursing mother and child? Does Amiloridum extracts into breast milk? Does Amiloridum has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Amiloridum influence milk supply or can Amiloridum decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Potassium-sparing diuretic. On latest update relevant data on breastfeeding were not found. Long-term treatment with diuretic drugs (particularly those Thiazides with long lasting and loop-acting effect) may inhibit lactation. Use the lower dose as possible especially during the first postnatal month.
