Is ISV-303 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use ISV-303? Is ISV-303 safe for nursing mother and child? Does ISV-303 extracts into breast milk? Does ISV-303 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can ISV-303 influence milk supply or can ISV-303 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Limited data indicate that milk levels of ISV-303 are low with the usual oral dosage, but milk levels have not been measured after higher injectable dosages. Use caution when using ISV-303 in nursing mothers, especially with the injectable drug. Maternal use of ISV-303 eye drops would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants. To substantially diminish the amount of drug that reaches the breastmilk after using eye drops, place pressure over the tear duct by the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
