Is Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate? Is Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate safe for nursing mother and child? Does Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate extracts into breast milk? Does Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate influence milk supply or can Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of Hexyl 5-aminolevulinate during breastfeeding. After instillation into the bladder, only about 7% of a dose is absorbed into the maternal bloodstream, so the amount of drug excreted into milk is expected to be minimal.
