Is AVE0010 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use AVE0010? Is AVE0010 safe for nursing mother and child? Does AVE0010 extracts into breast milk? Does AVE0010 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can AVE0010 influence milk supply or can AVE0010 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on the clinical use of AVE0010 during breastfeeding. Because AVE0010 is a large peptide molecule with a molecular weight of 4858 daltons, the amount in milk is likely to be very low and absorption is unlikely because it is probably destroyed in the infant's gastrointestinal tract. Until more data become available, AVE0010 should be used with caution during breastfeeding, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
