I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use NNC 0113-0217? Is NNC 0113-0217 safe for nursing mother and child? Does NNC 0113-0217 extracts into breast milk? Does NNC 0113-0217 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can NNC 0113-0217 influence milk supply or can NNC 0113-0217 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Because NNC 0113-0217 is a peptide molecule with a molecular weight of 4113 daltons and is over 99% protein bound, the amount in milk is likely to be very low. Absorption by the infant is unlikely because the drug is probably destroyed in the infant's gastrointestinal tract. Until more data become available, NNC 0113-0217 should be used with caution during breastfeeding, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
