Does Herblouisa has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Herblouisa influence milk supply or can Herblouisa decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Leaves of shrub are used for many purposes like: medicinal, culinary and aromatic. It contains flavonoids, essential oil which is rich in citral and pertenes. Attributed effects that have not been clinically tested: digestion improvement, antispasmodic. The Commission E of German Ministry of Health does not credit any benefit for Health. At latest update, relevant published data on excretion into breast milk were not found. Widely used, especially in South America. Because of a lack of toxicity, the occasional or moderate consumption during breastfeeding is thought be of low or nil risk.
