Answer by DrLact: About UNII-ISP4442I3Y usage in lactation

No information is available on the use of UNII-ISP4442I3Y during breastfeeding. Until more data become available, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant. The manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during UNII-ISP4442I3Y therapy.
