Is Sibelium Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Sibelium? Is Sibelium safe for nursing mother and child? Does Sibelium extracts into breast milk? Does Sibelium has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Sibelium influence milk supply or can Sibelium decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Sibelium is not approved for marketing in the United States by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, but is available in other countries. No information is available on the use of Sibelium during breastfeeding. Because of its long half-life of 19 days in children, expert opinion recommends that Sibelium not be used in migraine prophylaxis.[1][2][3] An alternate drug is preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
