I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use SR 25990C? Is SR 25990C safe for nursing mother and child? Does SR 25990C extracts into breast milk? Does SR 25990C has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can SR 25990C influence milk supply or can SR 25990C decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No published information is available on the use of SR 25990C during breastfeeding. The manufacturer reports that no adverse effects have been observed in breastfed infants with maternal SR 25990C use during lactation in a small number of postmarketing cases. If SR 25990C is required by the mother, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding. However, since no published information is available on the use of SR 25990C during breastfeeding, an alternate drug may be preferred, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.
