I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use PF-04449913? Is PF-04449913 safe for nursing mother and child? Does PF-04449913 extracts into breast milk? Does PF-04449913 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can PF-04449913 influence milk supply or can PF-04449913 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

No information is available on PF-04449913 during breastfeeding. It is 91% bound to plasma proteins, so amounts in milk are likely to be low. With a half-life of 17.4 hours, it is likely to be eliminated from milk by 4 to 7 days after the last dose. However, the manufacturer recommends that breastfeeding be discontinued during PF-04449913 therapy and for at least 30 days after the last dose.
