I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use SF-277? Is SF-277 safe for nursing mother and child? Does SF-277 extracts into breast milk? Does SF-277 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can SF-277 influence milk supply or can SF-277 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

It metabolizes to rein (rhubarb anthraquinone glycoside). Most possible serious effect is diarrhea. Due to higher %protein binding, excretion to breast milk are unlikely. Absorption through the child’s gut is interfered by the calcium contained in the milk.
