Whatever type of disease (cutaneous, pulmonary or intestinal) is not transmitted through the breast milk. Skin pustules should be kept from closed contact with the child. All treatments (amoxicillin, doxycycline, rifampicine, vancomycin, clarithromycin....) are compatible with breastfeeding. Immunization or vaccination is not contraindicated while nursing.
