I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Eletriptan? Is Eletriptan safe for nursing mother and child? Does Eletriptan extracts into breast milk? Does Eletriptan has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Eletriptan influence milk supply or can Eletriptan decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Excreted in low amount into breast milk (0.02% of mother's dose) it is considered harmless for the infant.

Limited information indicates that a maternal dose of eletriptan up to 80 mg daily produce low levels in milk and would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed infants, especially if the infant is older than 2 months.
