Pro-kinetic and selective agonist drug of 5-HT4 receptor of serotonin that may enhance bowel and colon motility. Indicated for treatment of irritable colon syndrome with predominant constipation. It may be a cause of diarrhea and flatulence. Not commercially available in Spain
