I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use Zelnorm? Is Zelnorm safe for nursing mother and child? Does Zelnorm extracts into breast milk? Does Zelnorm has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can Zelnorm influence milk supply or can Zelnorm decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Pro-kinetic and selective agonist drug of 5-HT4 receptor of serotonin that may enhance bowel and colon motility. Indicated for treatment of irritable colon syndrome with predominant constipation. It may be a cause of diarrhea and flatulence. Not commercially available in Spain
