Is BAY H 4502 Safe in Breastfeeding

I am a breastfeeding mother and i want to know if it is safe to use BAY H 4502? Is BAY H 4502 safe for nursing mother and child? Does BAY H 4502 extracts into breast milk? Does BAY H 4502 has any long term or short term side effects on infants? Can BAY H 4502 influence milk supply or can BAY H 4502 decrease milk supply in lactating mothers?

Topical antifungal medication which is indicated for the treatment of mycosis of skin and nails. At latest update relevant published data were not found on excretion into breast milk. A negligible systemic absorption through the skin - less than 1% on intact skin and up to 4% on inflamed skin (Fromtling 1988) - makes very unlikely that significant amounts would be excreted into breast milk. Do not apply on the breast to prevent ingestion by the infant; otherwise, do it just after a meal and clean the nipple thoroughly with water before the next feed. Local application on the nipple of creams, gels and other products containing paraffin (mineral oil) should better be avoid to keep the infant off from absorption (Noti 2003, Concin 2008).
