It unlikely that it would pass into milk, and, in whatever case, would foreseeably be destroyed in the infant gut.Moreover, it lacks of toxicity and side effects There is a controversy on the effectiveness of these products in the prevention or treatment of recurrent respiratory or urinary tract infections.
